1. Introduction

2. Ontario Consumer Protection

ADAS GIANT complies with the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario) and all applicable federal and provincial regulations. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or waive any rights you may have under Ontario consumer protection law. If any provision of these terms conflicts with applicable consumer protection legislation, that legislation will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

• All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes (HST/GST) unless otherwise stated.
• We provide clear, itemized invoices showing the total cost before you confirm your purchase.
• We do not engage in unfair practices prohibited under the Consumer Protection Act.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product or pricing information. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is simply an acknowledgment that we have received it. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm shipment or otherwise expressly accept your order.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via major credit cards, wire transfer, and approved financing arrangements. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. For financed transactions, payments are governed by the separate financing agreement with our lending partner.

5. Product Warranties

Product warranties are provided by the original manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions. ADAS GIANT will assist customers in facilitating warranty claims but is not itself the warrantor. Please retain your original invoice as proof of purchase for all warranty claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADAS GIANT and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
