Return & Refund Policy

At ADAS Giant, we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be new, unused, and uninstalled
- Be unopened and in its original sealed packaging
- Include all original accessories, manuals, documentation, and packaging materials
- Be in resalable condition
All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt. ADAS Giant reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.
Return Authorization Required
All return requests must be approved by ADAS Giant before a product is returned.
To request a return, please email info@adasgiant.com and include:
- Order number
- Company name
- Contact name
- Product(s) being returned
- Reason for return
Returns shipped without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 17% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount and covers inspection, processing, repackaging, administrative, and inventory handling costs.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping, freight, handling, and delivery charges are non-refundable. If a customer chooses to return a product, any shipping charges paid on the original order will not be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. ADAS Giant does not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service. ADAS Giant is not responsible for products lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, ADAS Giant will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method less:
- 17% restocking fee
- Original shipping charges
- Any applicable handling fees
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Special-order products
- Custom-order products
- Software, licenses, subscriptions, and digital products
- Training courses and event registrations
- Opened, installed, programmed, activated, or used products
- Clearance, discounted, and final-sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact info@adasgiant.com and include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging.
ADAS Giant's Right to Refuse Returns
ADAS Giant reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
